if i change to a .co.uk domain though shall i just have the content for uk on this site and have all content for other countries on .com domain?

or just move .com domain to a uk server and have my good content seperated into countries ?

also i have owned the .co.uk domain for my site for 2 years just redirecting it to .com . Does owning the domain for a time period matter for getting into googles index when launching a new site on a diffferent domain?
