yes, but he isnt spamming thru our servers... he is using another companys servers to do this...only the landing pages are hosted on our servers. for instance... if I sent out a zillion spam emails sending people to my competitors home page, that wouldnt get his website banned... so I am thinking this is the same thing. All I have to tell him to do is not use a domain email that is hosted on our servers as a contact email...
When SPAM is reported, isnt the originating Ip the one taking the risk of getting banned?
