Anything like javascript, dynamic pages/links, even nested tables, that gets in the way of the bots and makes things hard/impossible to read could have an adverse effect on your SERPs. Keep in mind that SERPs and
PR are very different animals. I don't think it would effect your
PR much at all initially, but a negative effect on your SERPs could have an equally negative impact on your
PR down the road. I agree with the poster above that recommended using CSS.
