i wouldn't worry about your little Flash movie playing below the header. most modern users are Flash-equipped, and if they are not, it's an easy remedy. if the whole site was done in Flash, then there may be an issue, but the movie you use shouldn't be a problem at all.

however, i'm not sure i equate a site that has the word "video" in the domain with stock photography.
