Very AOL like!
My gf got AOL and after 3 months it still did not work so she asked me to cancel it
14 phone calls later in the same day, I managed to cancel it, dealing with 3 departments and 2 managers (twice) plus different locations
I lost my call on the phone for the first time and I am a support manager
