Let's get down to fundamentals. Full Flash is difficult to optimise for search engines and as said before, hidden text is a no no. However, site does not conform to standards. It is possible to have flash comply with W3C - see http://www.alistapart.com/articles/flashsatay/ for simple conversion of embedding code. No doctype either. 24 lines or thereabouts of header is way too much. Search engines will just get fed up and move on (so to speak)

Taking that aside, there is no indication that clicking on the menu actually does anything. As a video/audio presentation it is brilliant but I don't think it works as a website - sorry.
