Are you going to stay with a frameset site? Frames can be ranked despite all the bunk about them, but they can be tricky in the rankings process. Further, if you're going to use frames, be sure to use good, valid code and noframes attribute.

Beyond that, my biggest concern here would be the <title> and the alt-text on the image. Use something descriptive and KW relevant to your site, but not necessarily the site name.
