I value opinions in this forum so would like to know from the senior bods out there what they think to a redesign I have done for a UK-only site selling

I'm happy with source code, copy could possibly be improved on - my major concern is the embedded flash file in the header strip: 204kb, although it streams in.
I may create 2 flash files, the first loading in just what is necessaray to fill the space, then inserting a 10 sec pause before it runs off to loadin the 2nd flash file with the majority of the data.
Any comments appreciated
