Looks much better...cleaner, and much more up-to-date.

However, what's with the whitespace in the code?? I mean, there's clean, organized code, but you've really taken that to a whole new level. It doesn't need twenty lines between each tag. It'll make it easier on you if you put it a little closer together.

I also believe ur statcounter code should be in the body of the site, not in the header.

[edit]i really dig the logo...i'd recommend you convert it to a decent gif image, you'll lose the artifacting of the jpg compression. furthermore, you may want to lose the pics of the dudes at the top..maybe put another image of the machinery or something.[/edit]
