Even if Google limited the number of pages that it caches from a website to 100, that in no way reflects how many pages Google will index and rank. So why worry about the cache if it doesn't effect your rankings and traffic?

Also I would always allow Google to cache my website. Not doing so could be construed as a possible cloaker/spammer.
