If Googles maximum cache per site is 100 pages does this limit the search to only those 100 pages cached by Google?

If so, is it best for me to block Google from caching the less relevant pages so the 100 pages in its cache are the pages which hold the most relevant targeted keywords i am trying top push?

I know i am crap at explaining things, but i thought you would of got the general idea behind the question.
