I have been using Photoshop, ImageReady thus far. The problem with the matte is that I can't change that option from imageready as I am trying to make it an animated GIF. Is there a way to set this in ImageReady?

Or is there a way to set a transparent back ground in Flash?

The header image cutout might be an option.
