To answer rms7design, by 'mature', I mean that the google respondents (and we can tell, as we test and track exhaustively) are more often buyers, rather than browsers. When they call, they know what they are looking for and why. Leads from other generated sources can range from "just wondering" to "gee... I am not even sure what I want"
Of course, these are generalizations, drawn over the years, there are always exceptions.
FYI we have tested Goog, Y!, Miva, 7Search, MSN, and others over the years. We just moved 80% of our Y! funds to G.
