Okay, from a design standpoint, your forums need to look like the rest of your site. It can be a challenge with PHPBB but it's well worth it for credibility.

Also, you need to double check all links that you have on your site. Overture, is not really a company any longer. Yahoo Search Marketing is the new name for them, with new links. I didn't go through the rest of the links, that simply one I noticed off of the top.

I'd include more reviews and more content focused on the "cash cow" ideas. Content is king, and that's the only thing that will make your site valuable to others. Not lots of "google ads".
