I have to agree with some of what has been said before. For a consumer oriented site, you need a much more flowing, professional layout. This boxy theme is ok for a corporate site (like OpenAir), but not for something that should appeal to funky consumers.

Another tip "We are NOT just another ..." says "We are exactly just another ...". If you can't position yourself in a positive way that attracts people, you are toast as a business. Don't waste the precious first seconds, to tell your visitor, what you are not.

Also, most people are conditioned to start reading in the upper left corner, not the upper right. Make it easy for your visitor. And the Boxes on the right top need more white space to separate them.

Finally, I hit the "FAQ" in the menu and got a new window. This is a big No! You just lost me in terms of navigation.

I gave up after these, it felt like a waste of time. Sorry! I hate to give such completely negative feedback. But I reckon it is better you here it now, than when you have invested much deeper into this endeavor. You need to get some professional help! Look for a good designer AND a specialist in user interfaces (or buy at the very least a couple of good book with checklists on UI design), seriously!

Good luck
