I haven't been around in a while.
I took notice of your post and reviewed your code. I can't believe no one else pointed this out yet.
Your "Title" is extremely important to all SEs including GOOGLE and should be brief, and to the point.
The page description is also important and should be a little longer, describing the page. Your Title and "Description" are both way overstuffed and most certainly seem spammy to the SEs, as well as not offering them logical or geographical direction for the Site.
IMO - Your primary issues have absolutely nothing to do with "Data Centers".
