Default Refresh Issue

Are you using Internet Explorer? If so what version. Have you attempted to do all of the windows updates lately. Try clearing your web cache & delete temp files. Try downloading firefox & see if you have the same issue...that may tell you if it is your browsers or something else.
Also if this just started on both machines, try to think of anything that may have changed since it worked right. Did you add,move,change anything about your setup? If it only happens on certain sites, it could be do to your slow connection speed -some code is dependent on other code loading first, or poor code on the sites, etc. Maybe upgrade the firmware on your router? Just some stuff off the top of my head, hope it helps.
