Technically excellent - table-less, valid strict XHTML - top marks there!
Some other points:
IMO the home page graphics are far too big and waste valuable 'real estate' on your site. Why not make them the same height as other pages?
There is also a problem with the CSS roll-over effect in IE and even in FF the first time the home page loads. What happens is the images show the blank grey background on mouseover and the change of color effect is lost. You could separate the images and the categories and have only the categories change - or use a work-round like have that div inside another with the background an image of the whole image, to stop the grey showing.
The grey top menu is not the same in IE & FF! The text line is grey in IE.
As it seems visitors will have to drill down through 4 clicks to get to the product details (which I assume are not there yet), you might even consider drop-down menus allowing a jump from the home page to the product.
I don't want to sound negative about what is really an excellent site, but I wonder if ecommerce might have expanded this company's sales by selling nationally online. The site already looks like an online store - some visitors might be disappointed that it isn't...
