I got Ren and Stimpy on video, but thats not a bad thing! The best one is Rens Toothache. Tho you are right they did go a bit strange afterwards (as did South Park).
Spongebob is Ok(-ish) but Angela Anaconda is just class.
Freehits the only remedies I can think of is to either get your daughter into other daytime TV shows (Jerry Springer is a good one especially if shes a repeater) or sing continuously "I know a song that will get on your nerves" over and over again until thats welded into your head, then Wiggles don't stand a chance.
