We are trying to update our company logo to give it some fresh air. It corresponds to

I think the log must have about 10-15 years old.
First, I want to show you what we have done at this moment:

The first one on the top is the current one.
We want to re-adapt it, keeping the same appearance, but not putting it always on a red background.
I have made some models that you can see in the image from above. The one I like most is the right-top logo. The problem is that I am not totally sure about it because letters in the old one where yellow and current letters are red (and in white background, yellow letters do not show properly).
As we are a rent a car, the circle would fit better than the square to the "V" (the circle would represent a wheel) but (I donīt know why) I see the square fitting better.
Have someone some ideas about the proposed designs or about any new idea (respecting the old one)?
