Get some experience using the software, if that is not an option get hold of a CBT (Computer Based Training) and get hold of as many exam prep tools as possible.

The one thing you must be sure of is that you know your stuff and exam wise make sure you do things the Microsoft way. Day to day shortcuts will not work.
