Im sure problems are not just about going overseas. Im sure there are many people have their problems in the USA.
I think the biggest challenge with outsourcing any
SEO is the fact that the customer may not understand the requirements of
SEO and therefore there needs to be open discussion between the
SEO company and the customer to determin the objectives. This may be difficult from a distance and with big time differences.
Ive used companies in Myanmar and they have been excellent especially when I travel there and sit down with them. I get a lot more done in an hour sat with them than i do in 4 weeks discussing by email.
So what Im saying is I dont think it is a problem with outsourcing
SEO i just think that the communication between the customer and the
SEO needs to be good
