I am redesigning my web site here

I just have setup up some grob ideas:

Is there someone here who would like to help me out, designing icons using the colors of my web site? Maybe 3D?
I ask here, while I am very weak in graphic design.
By the way, if someone has any other ideas for icons for the above services, I would glad to hear them.
Also any ideas about a new logo, would be phantastic!
