Hm, I wouldn't say eliminated, since at low res your site's content area gets sqeezed into a horribly narrow column by the fixed width content and news columns, not to mention the double column bullet table at the bottom. That's unless the PHP does something that I can't see by just resizing the browser window and reloading...
