Actually, Yahoo has always been the most forthcoming in helping webmasters in my opinion. Tim Mayer has always been the first to get together with webmasters and talk about search and issues. That has been the norm for years and years with him. Yahoo is far far better than either MSN or Google at communicating with webmasters.
