Ill admit I am in the learning stage of CSS.
Naturally, I'll have to ask one of those dumb newbie questions. :)

I'm in the process of converting a site to CSS.
what's the deal with CSS making a page look so much more crisp than the html version?

Everything I changed uses the same colors and text and yet CSS makes it look like a just gave the site a bath. It sparkles now.

So what's up with that?
