I agree and thank you for your suggestions. I also believe in the same ways as you do...that title is used from explanation point of view. Title attributes should be informative (from SE point of view it should be such that it should be informative as well boosts the site!!- a proper keyword).

Well when I was discussing the same with one of friends, the views were like we do wan to provide information 'true',but if we use different title attribute for the same link on every page, it will be better.
But I consider it to be a spam.
Do you agree with me...Faglork?!?
