There is often a lack of logic in what people - both site ownners and customers percieve as being 'good' and what a designer sees.
Design-wise, this site appears on the surface, fussy, flowery and in totally the wrong colors. The text is small and hard to read. But if the product and price are right, it could still work well.
Technically this site is a non-starter as is is a simple single frame of
www.doctorssolution.com/ so SE-wise there is nothing there to index. If there were though there would be duplicate content penalties. A redirect would be better...
