Well, Article Dashboard has made their script freely available, so I know of about 140 sites where you can site articles. I would recommend downloading AD Submitter first though. You can get it at
http://www.after5webdesign.com/software/adsubmitter.zip. It is a semi-auto submitter that will speed up your process and take you through all 140+ AD sites.
