what I find very funny is that they are asking people to submit their name and email address and they will look into it. what about the Click Fraud they said they will look into it 2 months ago? are they for real?
Honestly. they should stick with Quality and not Quantity. Too many tools and services and not enough staff to deal with the issues..if they are planning to ignore people complaints whats the point of having a customer services email in the first place?
