I don't optimize for Google News, but two of the newspaper sites I built are in it. Our content can show up in Google News less than 15 minutes after we post it - which is very cool!

I'm not even sure how you would optimize for Google News? I've always just assumed that if the site is optimized for regular Google, it should be fine for Google News as well. Am I missing something?
