I think your a bit defensive about your site. I think the answer by cbp is very constructive.
As far as I can see your site does not mention New Zealand on your homepage, so how can the search engines know that it is relevant for New Zealand.
Okay granted that there may be a lot of people from New Zealand living in Australia but the search engines are not interested in that. There are a lot of British living in Australia, Asia, Middle East etc........... but if i have a .co.uk domain i wouldnt expect to gain high rankings in Australia, Asia, Middle East, just because there are a lot of brits living there.
