We no longer charge for certification for affiliate api tier members.
We no longer charge for calls to the API (within the 9 free calls explained at
http://developer.ebay.com/programs/affiliates ) for affiliate api tier members
We do however charge for technical support beyond certification in order to help you get your product live. We also charge for certification in other membership tiers.
You can contact your affiliate programme manager to see if they can help you with the API for free or use the contact details found at
http://developer.ebay.com/programs/affiliates/terms to double check my information.
