There are quite a few.

Obviously Google has their own with the AdWords program.

The most widely used that I know of right now is WordTracker. Their "Keyword universe" product works well, but since everyone is using it there are going to be others already hitting those words.

The newer version is the tool from KeywordDiscovery.com that I haven't tried out yet. I don't spend enough time really researching keywords to warrant the expense for me right now, but at some point I'll give their trial a run (when I have a project that I just can't find the words I need) and see if it makes sense to keep trying. If you happen to try it out, let me know if you like it.

I'm sure there are others (MSN will have their soon as well for their PPC stuff), but those are the 2 I hear about the most. I've seen some that are FF plugins or IE toolbars, but I haven't liked the results there in the slightest.
