"Semi-targeted" is another red flag - I can't even think of a definition for that one.

In looking over their site, I couldn't find any mechanism for creating these "opt-ins", and even more confusing, I couldn't find any information on unsubscribing. Their privacy policy page doesn't even address receiving/unsubbing from any communications you may receive from them. I'd think that should be pretty public. Take a look:
