We Mods cannot say, Yes use this Company or use that one, it would be unprofessional. But I have my own forum and I know how much it costs to send out a massive mail shot (We don't by the way)- It is peanuts and what most of these promotion Companies do is send out via a free service, gmail or whatever, I would guess that 99.9% will end up in a 'spam' box. Now I could be wrong. But why not ask for genuine feedback from people who have used the service before? If you have nothing to hide, then they should give out that info.
