The first issue you need to fix is the 302 redirect that happens when you visit the site. Never ever use a 302 redirect, that should be a 301 Permanent Redirect.

Whether or not you participate in the Google AdWords program has absolutely nothing to do with the organic or natural search engine rankings. They are completely different and don't even share the same databases.

To rank well, you'll need to get more on-topic links from other websites to your website. Those links should contain your desired keywords--the ones you want to be found for.

Also, you might want to take a look at the 'Google LocalRank' information.
