Search engine spiders do not click on javascript text ads.
It could very well be a competitor or someone else clicking on your ads if it isn't you. I wouldn't worry too much about it, concentrate on building pages with good content on them so you can rank well and have Adsense on them.
Honestly, there's really not much you can do.
