On a broadband connection it almost loaded too fast the animation payed once and was loaded by the time the rest of the page loaded. Since it only played once, you may not have noticed it.

A solution may be to put a 3 sec. delay where it holds the star pattern, then the text on the stars, then load the stripes, then spell out the name. Stretch out the time it takes from start to finish. I'd still have the bulk of it play only once. You may want one small element to keep moving.
