I am having trouble with the appearance of a site I am building. The site utilizes a drop down menu and a .swf animated banner.
The issue is that as the banner loads the animation "stalls" as it starts to spell out the acronym "SUSRIS" on the right.

Is there a way to force the banner to completly load before the menu bar (or vise-versa) to prevent the stall?
