The only files under her styles directory are two different css files.

DW does insert the code when building "new from css" but like many things with DW, it can be "outdated" or need a little hand coding to correct.

That's not to say the possibles you offered up are not exactly the cause or correct; I was just offerring up another possible "just in case" ... :)
