Came across this page that explains the guidelines a DMOZ editor looks at when considering your real estate site for submission to DMOZ. It appears that real estate sites come under closer scrutiny (probably rightfully so) and if you follow these guidelines you'll hopefully stand a better chance of having your site approved.
