Well, IE is still about 90% of the market right now, so of course it should be your primary concern. However Firefox is popular enough now to merit some consideration as well.

This forum, for example, has about 12-13% Firefox users (based on server logs). Now, depending on the 'techiness' of your audience I would guess Firefox usage at somewhere around 7% on the low end and 15% on the high end.

That isn't a huge huge percentage, but if you can take an hour or two and adjust your pages so they look good in both I would think 10% of your userbase is worth that effort.
