GolferID and TournamentID are primary keys

ID smallint(5) UNSIGNED No Golfer varchar(40) No

ID is primary key and auto increments
Golfer is unique key

tbl_tournaments
ID smallint(5) UNSIGNED No Tournament varchar(75) No
T_Date date No
Tour varchar(5) No

ID is primary key
