Default Search Engine Names Within Keywords?

I'm working on SEO from the very beginning with my newest site, focusing on every detail from the large to the small.

I am currently trying to compile a list of successful keywords to use on my pages, and through the use of a variety of suggestions tools I have quite a good list I feel.

My primary keywords are 'beta' and 'test' - and many of the search conducted with these words include terms such as 'microsoft', 'msn', 'messenger', 'aol', etc.

I am curious - if adding in a Search Engines name in my keywords will provide a negative effect on SEO. Will Google (or any other engine for that matter) "look down" on my site if Google is a keyword, yet my site has very little to do with Google (except for announcing any beta tests they are conducting)?
