I would not use the preloaded version of OSC. It just does not have the extra features that you will need later to make admin easier, such as upload inventory as a text file, cross sell items, easily add options to your products. Hire someone who knows how to customize the look of your site, set up your mailboxes, and make sure you are using a secured server.
