Sorry it took so long for me to answer this... I only just got it. Next time send it directly to me - Minstrel (Private Message Button) - they had to re-route it through New Zealand and then Newfoundland and it got stalled in NZ because of all the LOTR3 fuss going on there right now...
Your problem is solved now, in any case. I think tech support is claiming credit for it but you and I know it was really me, right?
