What's DP?
And as jdiben pointed out, directories generally aren't a subject of much discussion and debate (unless the directory happens to be named DMOZ). What do you say about them?
Post 1: Here's my directory:

Post 2: yeah, that's kewl
Post 3: I like it.
Post 4: It's good.
And at this point, the thread dies a slow, painful death.
If there were enough other major directory sites that commanded discussion (e.g. the JoeAnta and business.coms of the world), then it might be a justified thing. But it would take around 15-20 directory sites to necessitate their own category.
