Long ago I used WebPosition Gold, but I haven't used it since I read the above on Google's site. To me, it's just not worth the risk. I've heard there are programs that do the same tasks, but comply with Google's TOS, but I've never used them.

Can I ask why you check all your search terms once or twice a day? I do a search for my main search term once a day, but I can't imagine taking the time to analyze the stats for 30 search terms! Especially if you have multiple sites to monitor.
