Yes, it's "graphic art"... some people are true graphic "artists" - others are not... It's about the person who creates, rather than the program. And many of these people create sketches on paper prior to creating it in photoshop or any other graphics program... For example, look at the Webpro memeber "grease" - much of his work is art, hehe... If you looked at mine - I'm just a photoshop user, not an artist =)
